Walk It Off

  1. To walk it off means to let your blood get to your legs and muscles by walking around with your hands on your head.
  2. You should walk it off so that your heart rate returns to normal.
  3. If you stop too quickly after you run, you may feel light-headed and also may faint.

Feedback 2

  1. One thing I like about P.E. so far is that we are able to play volleyball and play fun games like volley tennis.
  2. One thing I like to see change would be to not have Mile Club every Friday.

Goals


  • 1. A goal for the 2nd quater is being able to get a better time on my mile run.

  • 2. A goal for the 3rd quarter is being able to do pull ups and chin ups better.

  • 3. A goal for the 4th quarter is being able to run 6 super laps during mile club.
