Five Components of Fitness
Flexibility is the property of being flexible. Being flexible means to be easily bent or shaped. Splits and stretches we do everyday are all ways to become more flexible. There are many ways to be more flexible. People come up with all sorts of different ways to stretch everyday. There are many new stretches we can do during class to improve our flexibility. One type of new stretch we can do is called the Chest Stretch. Rotate your hand back until you feel the stretch in your chest.
( make sure your arm is straight). Another new stretch to improve flexibility is called forearm stretch. First, hold you hands. Pull your fingertips back until you feel a stretch in your forearm. These two stretches make your chest and forearm for flexible.

New Games
I like how the new game unit allowed people to get along with each other and how fun it is to work together. I just wish that we could work with who we wanted to work with. This might lead to finishing the project faster. If were the teacher, I would just say that you're allowed to work with who ever you want.

Line Dancing
- The two dances I chose was Electric Slide and 5,6,7,8. Both included grapevine steps and ended up covering all four walls. The tempo were similar, but the rhythm and tempo were different. 5,6,7,8 had a faster pace and was closer to a country song instead of a jam. In Electric Slide, rows one, three, and five can face wall three. 5,6,7,8, can not.
- My favorite dance would be 5,6,7,8. The music is great and steps are really fun and easy to do. The dance gets me really ethusiastic and hyped up.
- My least favorite dance is Ghost Busters. The step are confusing. The music is hard to concentrate to and does not have a good rhythm.
- I would add the dance Men in Black to change the dance unit. The song is really awesome and the moves are really smooth.

Third Quarters Goals
During my third quarter, I want get: 29 push ups, 55 curl ups, 12 inches on the sit and reach,1:24 for the 400 meter dash, 32 modified pull ups, and 7:00 on the mile.
As to reaching my goals, I will eat healthy and exercise my body to strengthen my muscle . This will help me with my push ups , sit ups and pull ups. I will also constantly run, building my endurance, stamina, and also speed.
So far, the only goal I haven't reached is the mile run. I hope accomplish this goal.
To help me reach this goal, I will eat healthy and constantly run. This way, I will build my endurance and speed run. If I combine these two things together, I will be able to run faster at a longer period of time.
